We can manufacture your sheet metal components accurately and precisely using our CNC fiber laser and CNC press brake from the simplest bracket to a more sophisticated multi-bend chassis.
We manufacture small- to medium-sized parts using our variety of CNC and manual milling, grinding, and turning machines.
At Arco Metals, INC., we can apply MIL-DTL-5541, Type I and Type II, and Class 1A or 3 to aluminum and perform Type II, V, and VI passivation.
Arco Metals, INC. has provided complete electromechanical assemblies for our nation’s defense contractors for more than 50 years.
With a laser focus on total quality, Arco Metals, INC. has achieved and maintained a true “dock-to-stock” relationship with our largest customers. Every inspection is performed with our Mitutoyo B231 CMM, equipped with CMM Manager software. In addition, FAI reports can be generated in AS9102 format or through a custom form.
