We can manufacture your sheet metal components accurately and precisely using our CNC fiber laser and CNC press brake, from the simplest bracket to a more sophisticated multi-bend chassis with various hardware installed (clinch nuts, rivets, nutplates, studs, screw thread inserts).
We manufacture small- to medium-sized parts using our variety of CNC and manual milling, grinding, and turning machines.
At Arco Metals, Inc., we work with several local suppliers that can apply MIL-DTL-5541, Type I and Type II, and Class 1A or 3 to aluminum and perform Type II, V, and VI passivation of 300 series stainless steel. Other finishes that we subcontract : anodize, black oxide, nickel, cadmium, tin (matte and bright), silver, and others.
Arco Metals, INC. can provide completely assembled electromechanical units ready for the electronics assembly line.
With a laser focus on total quality, Arco Metals, INC. has achieved and maintained a true “dock-to-stock” relationship with our largest customers. Every inspection is performed with our Mitutoyo B231 CMM, equipped with CMM Manager software. In addition, FAI reports can be generated in AS9102 format or through a custom form.
